Customer Service Administrator

What Youll Be Doing: Answering calls and delivering excellent customer service Booking appointments and managing diaries Preparing quotes, following up, and closing sales Upselling products and services to B2C customers Planning installations and liaising with clients in the showroom Managing post-install admin, including invoicing, billing, and quoting Posting updates, photos, and stories on social media Coordinating warehouse activity, deliveries, and collections Communicating with suppliers and maintaining stock flow Providing general admin support to the wider team What Were Looking For: Confident using G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs) Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce ideal) ProvenB2C customer serviceand upselling experience Bonus: experience with Xero or similar accounting software Full UK driving licence and own transport (location not well served by public transport) Strong multitasker with a calm, organised approach Friendly, confident communicator and collaborative team player What Youll Get: Salary from 26,000+ per year, plus commission Full-time, permanent role with stability and ongoing support Casual dress code and a relaxed, welcoming office culture Free on-site parking and easy access from surrounding areas Company benefits including pension and staff discounts Career progression with scope to move into a senior role If youre tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact, apply now and take the next step with IVOXX.
