The successful candidate will be IT literate, will be able to manage a varied workload to include secretarial assistance, answering calls, filing, typing (inc audio), document production, file and diary management and general office secretarial experience is essential.The key requirements for the Float Legal Secretary role are: Experience of liaising with clients, on the phone and on email. Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate.Ability to work well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
