This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing, forward-thinking team and play a key role in optimising a mission-critical lending platform that supports asset finance and leasing operations.Role Overview:The Product Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner to analyse business requirements and drive platform enhancements across a leading asset finance system (Alfa Systems). You’ll be responsible for translating complex business needs into technical solutions, supporting the delivery of platform upgrades, and enabling the organisation to maintain a robust, scalable, and user-focused lending platform.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Product Owner to define, prioritise, and deliver platform enhancements aligned with business strategyCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsPerform gap analyses to identify areas for system improvement or optimisationWork closely with developers and technical teams to ensure solution alignmentSupport the full change lifecycle, including planning, testing, and implementationAnalyse platform release notes and provide insights and recommendations to the businessAct as a subject matter expert for Alfa Systems and provide day-to-day supportSkills & Experience:Essential:Experience in product or business analysis roles within a technology or financial services environmentAsset Finance Experience Familiarity with lending platforms (Alfa Systems preferred) and asset finance processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specificationsDesirable:Experience with Alfa Systems or similar financial technology platformsKnowledge of asset finance and leasing productsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQLExposure to Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA or ConfluenceEducation & Qualifications:Preferred:Business Analysis certifications (e.g., BCS, CBAP)Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)Technical certifications in data analysisCompetencies:Strong analytical thinking and judgementEffective planning and organisational skillsIf you're an experienced Product Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and you’re looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic organisation, apply today to find out more!
