We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our vibrant HQ in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our sales operations, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic international brand. What you’ll be doing - Managing wholesale and direct-to-consumer order processing, ensuring seamless service for customers, distributors, and online buyers - Supporting sales across digital platforms and helping to grow our presence - Providing general administration to the sales team, including researching, pitching, and connecting with new business opportunities - Preparing and collating sales packs, and coordinating sample dispatches with couriers - Building and nurturing relationships with UK and international clients - Acting as a helpful, professional point of contact when handling phone calls for the business Why join Santoro?
