Job reference: 215301215THE ROLE:As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will be responsible for handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, company formations, restructures, and general business law issues. Youll act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them with both day-to-day operations and more complex transactional work.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have 10+ years PQE and the ability to manage a varied caseload of matters, working closely with clients to provide practical and high-quality legal advice. To be considered for this position, you will need excellent communication skills alongside strong organisational and time management abilities.
