Job DescriptionMason Frank is currently working with a large charity who have a state-of-the-art Salesforce system (Including Agentforce Data Cloud, NPC, & More)Our client is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Admin to join their established team to support their Salesforce roadmapSalary - 40,000-48,000 2X a week in Wiltshire office Key Responsibilities:Support users with training, queries, and technical troubleshootingCustomise Salesforce through flows, fields, objects, and dashboardsCollaborate with stakeholders to improve CRM processes and data qualityMaintain system documentation and ensure compliance with data governanceLiaise with external consultants on integrations and platform upgradesSkills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Admin certification preferred)Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features (especially NPSP or Service Cloud)Excellent data management and reporting skills (Reports, Dashboards, Data Loader)Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical solutionsComfortable working across departments and managing stakeholder expectationsIf this role sounds of interest, please do reach out - My client is looking to conduct 1st stage interviews next week.
