This position suits professionals who thrive on continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation while helping businesses maintain secure and competitive operations.Key Responsibilities:Support cybersecurity stack administration for SME and hospitality clients using tools including CrowdStrike Falcon, RoboShadow, Microsoft Defender, and ThreatLockerAssist with incident response playbook development and execution, analysing alerts and threat intelligence for effective remediationContribute to client compliance guidance across Cyber Essentials/CE+, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS frameworksProvide technical support for pre-sales activities and deliver cybersecurity awareness training to clientsSupport internal knowledge sharing and helpdesk team training while creating essential documentationEssential Requirements:Cybersecurity experience within MSP, MSSP, or consulting environments, or strong development motivationTechnical familiarity with security tools including CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and MFAUnderstanding of compliance frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and PCI DSSInterest in incident response and real-world security investigationsFoundational knowledge of identity security, patch management, and user awareness trainingStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex conceptsDocumentation and reporting capabilitiesSkills you'll gain or strengthen Industry certifications: Security+, SC-200, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or PCIPPenetration testing or red teaming exposureSIEM/SOAR platform experience, particularly Microsoft SentinelMSP toolset familiarity, including Autotask, IT Glue, or RewstCareer Development Opportunities.
