Join us at Pets at Home as we launch our exciting new pet insurance offering! About the Role: Were on a mission to create a better world for pets and the people who love them. As our Insurance Copywriter , youll play a key role in shaping our brand voice and crafting compelling, compliant and customer-first communications across digital and in-store channels. The role offers remote working (with occasional travel) and were looking for someone to work three days per week on a six-month fixed term contract. What youll do: Write standout copy for campaigns, websites, emails, social media, FAQs, agenct experience and more Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Insurance teams to bring our new insurance product to life Educate pet owners on the value of protection through clear, engaging messaging Ensure all content aligns with our tone of voice, brand values and regulatory standards What were looking for: Several years experience in financial services copywriting (insurance preferred) Understanding of regulatory environment and importance of clear messaging A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a love for storytelling Confident working across formatsfrom taglines to long-form content Passionate about pets and customer experience Pets just see people.
