The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you''ll be instrumental in driving new business, managing existing client accounts, and delivering high-calibre candidates, support, and the opportunity to work at the forefront of the recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities: Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients, including Tier 1 contractors Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement Source, interview, and match candidates to client needs Negotiate terms and close successful placements Mentor and support junior team members Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and targets What Were Looking For: 3 years of recruitment experience (ideally within construction, infrastructure, or technical sectors) A strong billing history and business development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Motivated, driven, and passionate about recruitment Able to thrive in a fast-paced and professional environment What We Offer: Competitive basic salary 25% per placement commission plus yearly bonus.
