CNC Miller Programmer / operator

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in Heidnehain controls and / or Hurco. We use Visi machining for our off board programming (vero software),experience with this system is useful but not essential as we can provide training on this. Coming from an automotive tooling background would be beneficial, but again not essential. Candidate would be working with engineering drawings and cad models. The candidate would need to liase with toolmakers to complete their work, and plan jobs through their machine to maximise cutting times. Working alongside and experienced skilled team.Responsibilities and duties:Cnc machine one off bespoke parts for press tool assemblies. Manage cutters and cutter stock levels within the department. Maximise cutting time on the machines through planning. Work with skilled toolmakers to ensure component parts are made in a way that works for the overall assembly of the tools. Keep machines and local area clean and tidy.Pemberton engineering is a well established press toolmaker, we have grown over the years and are now well respected in press tooling, jigs and fixtures.
