Electrician - North West England Location: Various sites across the North West with the office operating within Wigan. Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime available Pay: 17.00 - 18.00 per hour (DOE) Benefits: Company van and fuel card Company uniform provided Workplace pension scheme Monthly performance bonus Regular overtime opportunities Ongoing training and development About the Role Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their growing team, working across a range of industrial, commercial, and domestic installations throughout the North West. You'll be responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and testing works to a high standard, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work across a variety of sites. Undertake full and partial rewires, BMS control wiring, and associated power/control systems. Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial works. Conduct electrical inspection and testing, completing all required certification. Ensure compliance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and all relevant health and safety procedures. Liaise professionally with clients, site personnel, and office staff to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and PPE to a high standard. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). ECS / CSCS Card preferred. 2391 (Inspection and Testing) qualification desirable. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Proven experience in commercial and industrial environments. Strong understanding of safe working practices and excellent communication skills.
