We're Hiring:Freelance Site Manager Location:Wigan Sectors:New build/ fitout on hospital Project Type: FREELANCE:£260 - £290 per shift Duration:Cover Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to Run the hospital ward ground and 2nd floor fitout/refurb project Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Report directly to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager Manage day to day of the job and sub contractors/labourers Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health 'safety standards Record on-site progress and lookaheads Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager Experience as a Site Manager (hospital experience preferred) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving licence and access to own vehicle What's on offer Day rate Weekly pay on a Friday How to apply Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at Fawkes & Reece on 01204 554 884.AMRT1_UKTJ ...
