Regulatory Solicitor

A well-regarded law firm in Wigan is seeking a talented Regulatory Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop or deepen your expertise in a specialist and evolving area of law, working with a diverse client base. The Role: You will represent a wide range of commercial and professional clients, providing legal support on: Regulatory investigations and professional misconduct proceedings Regulatory enforcement Appeals against decisions; and, criminal investigations and prosecutions The department handles a mix of privately-funded and insurance-funded work, offering exposure to complex and varied cases. You will work closely with clients from the outset, offering strategic legal advice and guiding them through investigations, proceedings, and appeals.
