One of the North Wests leading house builders is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, youll be the face of our business, working directly with customers to resolve snags and ensure their new home meets the highest standards. Youll be part of a large, supportive team, ensuring quality handovers and a seamless aftercare experience. Your day-to-day will include: Attending customer properties to resolve snags and defects. Carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across your trade specialism. Liaising with customers to deliver a professional, courteous service. Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard of finish. Managing appointments up to 5pm, with a company van provided. About You Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with customers. Youll need: A recognised trade background (carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, or similar). Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A full UK driving licence.
