Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative Sector: Social Housing Location: Skelmersdale Salary: Competitive (CIS or PAYE Umbrella) Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Long-Term Work Available) About the Role: Our client is a well-established social housing subcontractor delivering a wide range of repairs and maintenance services, including voids, planned works, and disrepair projects. Due to recent contract wins, they are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join their team. This role will focus solely on void properties across the Skelmersdale area, ensuring properties are brought back up to a high standard ready for new tenants. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out repairs and maintenance works within void social housing properties Completing multi-trade tasks including plastering, joinery, plumbing, tiling, and kitchen/bathroom fitting Identifying and rectifying faults efficiently Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements: NVQ in a Trade(disirable) Proven experience in a multi-trade role within social housing or property maintenance Ability to carry out additional trades such as plumbing, tiling, and kitchen/bathroom fitting Own tools and transport (essential) CSCS Card (essential) Ability to work a 40-hour week Strong work ethic and ability to work independently What We Offer: On goingwork with a reputable organisation Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE Umbrella) Consistent 40-hour working week TPBN1_UKTJ
