Were looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to play a vital role in keeping our learning systems, programmes and communications running smoothly. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is organised, peoplefocused and passionate about learning and development, to join a supportive and purposedriven team.This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract with attendance at our head office in Widnes at least once a week so the ideal candidate will be based within an hours commute of Widnes.What is "The Deal" for you? Support: From our Employee Assistance Programme (available 24/7), financial support options, and wellbeing fund you'll have the support available to lead an easier (financial) lifeIn this varied role, you will:Youll be at the heart of our Learning and Development function, ensuring activities are administered accurately and professionally.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing Learning and Development communication channels and acting as firstline support for queriesProviding administration support for our Learning Management System (LMS)Administering leadership and management development activityMaintaining accurate supplier records and ensure efficient processing of all financial documentation.Supporting the administration of Qualification and Apprenticeship programmesEnsuring accurate record keeping and highquality documentation at all timesNo two days will be the same, and your work will directly support the development of colleagues across the organisation.Our ideal candidate:Youll be someone who enjoys supporting others, thrives on organisation and pays great attention to detail.
