We are supporting a well established Law firm in the Whitley Bay area and are looking to speak with talented Legal Admins/Legal Secretaries who have experience within the Private Client remit. Key Responsibilities: Assist Fee Earners & Solicitors in managing client files and documentation throughout the process. Communicate with clients and other parties to gather necessary information and provide updates. Prepare and organise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Schedule appointments and manage diaries to ensure timely progress of cases. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
