Someone who can build trust quickly, challenge constructively, and collaborate effortlessly across a fastmoving, performancedriven environment.What youll be doingYoull be a trusted partner to leaders and teams across the business, providing practical and proactive advice across the full employee lifecycle. Youll lead on employee relations, coach managers, drive wellbeing initiatives, support EDI improvements, and bring a continuousimprovement mindset to everything you do.Youll be embedded into dedicated business areas, seen as an extension of the leadership team, not an addon. Alongside the wider People team, youll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, highperformance culture where people feel engaged, supported and set up to succeed.Key responsibilitiesFirst point of contact for HR advice, coaching and ER guidanceManaging ER cases across conduct, performance, sickness and wellbeingSupporting wellbeing initiatives aligned to our People and ESG strategiesDelivering manager education on people fundamentalsProducing HR insights and reports using our HRIS, to back up adviceSupporting engagement activity using our engagement platformDriving inclusion by challenging bias and championing our DNA behavioursPartnering with leaders to anticipate people needs and provide proactive solutionWhilst based in our Whiteley office, you have the opportunity to work in our London office, one-day a month, as well as the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week (whichever suits your needs) once youre past the onboarding period.What youll bringCIPD Level 5 or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years in a HR Advisor or generalist roleStrong commercial understanding (ideally gained in a corporate or sales-led environment)Confidence to challenge respectfully and coach effectivelyExcellent organisation, attention to detail and written accuracyDigitally confident, dataminded, curious and adaptableA genuine commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and continuous improvementWhy Gattaca?Youll be part of a People team that is transforming the employee experience - modernising how we work, raising the bar on culture, and building tools that genuinely help our managers succeed.
