Job Description Senior Depositary AnalystWhiteley / Fareham | Hybrid workingAn established financial services firm is seeking a Senior Depositary Analyst to join its alternatives oversight team. The role covers a varied portfolio of private equity, real estate and private debt funds, including listed investment trusts and UK and non-UK fund structures.Working closely with Depositary Managers, youll take ownership of a number of client funds and deliver key depositary duties in line with AIFMD and UK regulatory requirements.Key responsibilitiesCash flow monitoring and review of significant or unusual transactionsOversight of fund activity to ensure compliance with fund documentationVerification and maintenance of asset ownership recordsReview of valuations, drawdowns, distributions and investor activityLiaising with fund administrators and investment managersPreparing client and board reportingSupporting onboarding of new funds and clientsAssisting with training and supervision of junior team membersAbout youBackground in fund accounting, depositary/trustee services or financial services auditExperience working with alternative investment fundsComfortable managing a portfolio of funds or clientsExperience monitoring daily cashflow, verifying assets and reviewing accountsConfident, organised and able to work independently while supporting a wider teamWhy apply?Study SupportOwnership of funds and client relationshipsSupportive, inclusive environment with a focus on development, wellbeing and work-life balanceMatched pension up to 7%Annual BonusShares ownershipApply today to find out more: [email protected] applicants must have the right to work in the UK.We will consider all qualified applications for this position.
