Must be an experienced cleaner. Company vehicle provided.Please note that we may email you an application form to complete.Duties and Responsibilities:To clean and prepare all areas for which you are responsible for whilst following the necessary company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for service users and staff.To be responsible for cleaning areas as allocated by our North-West Operations Manager.To use cleaning materials as instructed by the Cleaning Supervisor/Operations ManagerTo vacuum all carpeted areas and to wash or mop the floors of toilets in designated areas (machine clean where necessary).To empty and clean bins and remove waste to designated areas.To dust and wash surfaces carefully each day with clean dusters/cloths, including desks, seats, ledges, skirting boards and other places where dust settles.To regularly clean toilets and hand basins and to replenish necessary toiletries including toilet paper and hand soap etc.On occasions to carry out periodic cleaning of all internal surfaces and windows, including internal doors.Report all defects/hazards immediately to Cleaning Supervisor/Operations ManagerTo comply with COSHH, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, Colour Coding and any other Cleaning PoliciesKey Skills and DesirablesCleaning experience requiredCarry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning scheduleTake ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at workReport all machine and building faults to the Operations ManagerRespond courteously to customer and management requestsSalary & BenefitsHoliday: 28 days per annumVehicle included (must hold valid/clean driver's licence)UniformEmployee Assistance ProgrammeLife AssuranceTPBN1_UKTJ
