Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Whitehaven (Office Based) Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary Pay Rate: 14 per hour (Monday-Saturday) Shifts: Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm (1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 4pm) Training: 8 Weeks About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor , you will play a key role in supporting customers who may be experiencing issues with their accounts. Working within the Customer Service Team, you will provide empathetic and solution-focused service to help customers manage their accounts. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone and digital channels to discuss queries on customer accounts Own customer contacts from the start through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout Accurately update in-house systems to reflect changes in customer accounts Investigate queries to resolution and manage tasks effectively. Skills & Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. Experience in customer service or collections is desirable. Proficient in IT skills Attention to detail.
