As a business, we can offer opportunities across multiple markets, sectors and geographies, giving you the chance to work on some of the UKs most complex and challenging projects, as a part of the ever growing and ever talented, Altrad Babcock team.Desired QualificationsTechnical Apprenticeship and/or ONC (equivalent) in technical subject.IOSH Working SafelyExperience working in nuclear, manufacturing, thermal, petrochemical or other similar,Responsibilities Provide an efficient and effective administration function for the Site.Maintain a daily/weekly labour spreadsheet.Maintain working time directive requirements reportDaily absence reportingWeekly and monthly resource allocationsRunning weekly reports from timekeeping station and submitting times to relevant departmentEnrolling people onto timekeeping station.Purchasing of plant and consumablesCollating Credit Card receipts and other expenses.Processing of Security VettingOn-boarding coordinationDirect liaison with external suppliers and key strategic partners.Monitoring and recording of contract and Site financial and labour information, the timely submission of periodic financial reports and the comparison of monthly financial status against the agreed site budgets.Supervision of staff as required.To agree and accept objectives and targets by which their personal performance can be appraised in accordance with the requirements of the Appraisal System of the company.Knowledge & SkillsExperience of booking/arranging travel and accommodation.Sound understanding of Human Performance.Exposure of working in a busy customer focused and ever-changing environment, which requires flexibility in working within all areas of the business.Must have strong customer service focus.Must have effective communications skills both written and oral.Must have excellent computer skills including word, excel & power-point.Be able to organise and prioritise workload in order to achieve targets.Must be able to deal with highly confidential information appropriately.Financial management skills.A knowledge and understanding of related company management systems.Knowledge and understanding of the legal, practical and company safety requirements.Knowledge of company finance procedures on purchasing and invoicing.Understanding of site business and project timetables.
