This role is critical to ensuring the flawless execution of projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical & production management, a deep understanding of design and construction processes, and a passion for creating extraordinary experiences.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:Join our senior management leadership team and bring your talent and passion to bear as we grow.Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.Develop the technical production teamDevelop and implement strategies that align with Sculptivates vision and business goals.Work alongside the creative team and our Head of Events to ensure projects retain the creative vision and are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.Project Management:Have oversight of multiple projects simultaneously, managing key project leads, detailed critical paths, budgets, and resources both internal and external.Collaborate closely with clients, creative team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Excellence:Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all work meets Sculptivates exacting standards.Attend key production meetings on and off site, conduct regular partner visits and inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Drive innovation in technical & production techniques, materials, and technologies to keep Sculptivate at the forefront of the industry.Actively seek new technical partners in innovation and excellenceContinuously seek opportunities to improve production processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality.Vendor & Partner Management:Identify and develop relationships with key production partners, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure reliable access to high-quality materials and services.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to achieve the best value for Sculptivate and our clients.Budget & Financial Oversight:Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering exceptional quality.Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.Risk Management:Identify and mitigate the inherent risks in our ProjectsLead Health & Safety initiatives and ensure we and are partners adhere to the highest possible standardsQualifications:Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technical & production management role, delivering technical budgets in excess of 1.5mStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and technologiesExcellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.IOSH Qualification mandatory NEBOSH Qualification preferred.Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Professional qualification within CSCS preferredCDM 2015 awareness and understanding to ensure compliance in our role as Principal contractor and or Designer.What We Offer:A dynamic and creative work environment at the intersection of design and technology.The opportunity to work on prestigious projects for high-profile clients around the world.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career growth opportunities within a forward-thinking and innovative company.To Apply:Please send your resume, a cover letter detailing your relevant experience, and a portfolio of projects you have managed to [email protected] Deadline:TBCSculptivate is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
