Package: 50,000 55,000 (Dependent upon experience) Hybrid working policy (studio + flexible WFH options) Ongoing professional development and CPD support Cycle to Work & Season Ticket Loan schemes Private healthcare scheme Regular team socials, networking & wellbeing events Support for professional membershipsfees Office: Whitechapel, East London Hours: Full-time (8:30am 5:30pm), Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available) Duties: Lead and deliver commercial, education, and healthcare projects from concept through to completion Manage and mentor junior and intermediate Architects & Designers Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and internal multi-disciplinary teams throughout all project stages Oversee project programmes, budgets, and technical delivery Ensure full Revit integration and maintain BIM standards across projects Collaborate with directors and the wider management team on practice development Contribute to business development, bids, and project-winning initiatives Requirements: ARB registered Architect with minimum 8+ years experience Proven track record leading multi-sector projects through all RIBA stages Strong team management and mentoring experience Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills Advanced Revit proficiency and sound technical detailing knowledge Confident working across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, or healthcare projects Ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about design leadership TPBN1_UKTJ
