You will provide high-quality, person-centred support with all aspects of daily living, while promoting independence and empowering each person to engage in the community activities of their choice. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is committed, empathetic, caring and compassionate. You should be able to remain calm under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, and be confident using IT when completing records. Personal Care is required in this service.You could be just what we are looking for!About You:Essential Requirements:Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle.Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life. Support people to achieve their goals and aspirationsGood communication skills and able to listenBe patientPromote independence and daily living skills.
