Head of Paid SocialDepartment: 77-893 - Subscription - Digital Acquisition MediaEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: UK - LondonThe experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.DescriptionDo you want to be a core part of the Digital Media Team, tasked with driving customer acquisition by promoting DAZN Groups most coveted sporting events on a global scale?As Senior Paid Social Manager, you will be a key member of the Digital Media team that sits within DAZNs Marketing function. In this role, you will own the strategy and day-to-day management of paid social investment globally, driving measurable growth across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.Youll be responsible for activating large scale campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and X that promote DAZN Groups busy content calendar of live sports. Youll manage a team of four that works closely with creative, media planning, performance and the wider marketing function at DAZN. It is a fast-paced role that requires a dynamic individual with strong attention to detail and collaborative skills.As our new Senior Paid Social Manager, youll have the opportunity to:Plan, execute, and optimise full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and XManage media budgets to maximise ROI, efficiently allocating spend across campaign objectives and audience segments.Lead creative strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring assets are tailored to funnel stages and platform best practices.Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency and impact across the funnel.Test and iterate with a structured experimentation roadmapaudiences, formats, placements, bidding strategies, and creatives.Mentor junior team members while working closely with the wider Digital Media to ensure flawless execution and joined up approach to media strategyYou'll have:6+ years of hands-on experience in paid social campaign management, ideally in D2C, e-commerce, or subscription-based industries.Proven experience building and managing full-funnel paid social campaigns with clear performance outcomes across awareness, consideration, and conversion.Strong platform experience in advertising across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTubeStrong understanding of creative strategy, audience segmentation, and platform-specific nuances.Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Looker and ExcelHands on experience with AppsFlyer and CM360Skilled at managing and optimizing large budgets across multiple markets or products.Collaborative and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.BenefitsBenefits include access to DAZN, 25 days annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
