This is a great opportunity to join a skilled production team and work on products used across various industries. These roles are 10-12 week temporary positions supplied via Matchtech Recruitment.Pay RatesPAYE (Accrued Holiday): 24.00 per hourPAYE (Advance Holiday): 27.00 per hourUmbrella: 32.42 per hourHours That Work for You Working hours can be flexible around what works for you Mon - Friday/ Friday- Monday / 5x 8 hour day / 4 x 10 hour days - you name it we can askThe Role As a GRP Laminator, you will play a key part in producing high-quality composite components. Responsibilities include:Hand-lay GRP laminatingPreparing, laminating and releasing production mouldsWorking from drawings and specificationsMaintaining consistent craftsmanship and accuracyCollaborating with a skilled production teamWhat We're Looking ForGRP laminating or composite experienceStrong understanding of Health & Safety practicesHigh attention to detailPositive, proactive and reliable work approachBackground in marine, automotive, aerospace, construction or similar is advantageousJBRP1_UKTJ
