Job Description:The Marine Recruiter (Recruiter) plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for global shipboard Marine operations. This role focuses on the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting the hiring targets for shipboard positions. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver a pipeline of highly qualified talent across various departments.Must Haves:Strong recruitment experience recruiting roles such as marine, mechanical, electrical, construction, plumbing, welders, cargo, or any trade similar.Experience with high volume of recruiting making 20-30 placements per month.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities.Understand how to manage a client and work professionally.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.Plusses:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience recruiting for marine, or cruise industry highly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRMs, and Smartsheet's a plus.
