Job DescriptionDuration: Full timeAccommodation: Yes (Single Occupancy)Live IN - Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility Needed if Family is in Town )License: Full License RequiredDBS Check MandatoryThis International family are seeking a formal and experienced Live In House Manager, to oversee the day to day running and operations of this high end mid size property, along with look after the families needs when in residence, including F&B service.The role also requires a driver who can chauffeur the family in and around London, therefore have excellent knowledge of London roads, quickest routes etc., and be on standby to return the family safely home.Responsibilities of the role includes, but not limited to:Administration and budget control, producing monthly budgets and account reporting.Revising inventory of the house contents; adding new items, recording movement.Managing and hiring staff, rotas, holidays/time in lieu, cleaning schedule, training as needed.Reviewing/Sourcing maintenance contracts and coordinating schedule with contractors, reviewing reports and booking recommended works.Managing utility bills, liaising with utility providers, submitting readings.Arranging house supplies, checking stock, food shopping, ordering.
