Collingham Church View Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated salaried GP to join our friendly and forward‑thinking team.The successful postholder will work autonomously within their professional scope, delivering high‑quality primary medical care to our registered population, in line with our PMS contract and NHS best practice.Sessions are 3 per week, with a competitive salary dependent on experience.Main duties of the jobUndertake a range of general practice consultations, including face‑to‑face, telephone and AccuRx Total TriageUndertake home visits as clinically required (supported by the paramedic team)Deliver safe, effective, and patient‑centred clinical careManage acute presentations and long‑term conditionsPrescribe in line with local and national guidelines (within scope of practice)Support patients with health promotion, lifestyle advice and self‑careMaintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical recordsWork collaboratively as part of the wider multi‑disciplinary teamParticipate in clinical audit, quality improvement and service developmentParticipate in duty doctor / clinical triage rotasAbout usCollingham Church View Surgery is a progressive, five‑partner GP practice serving a semi‑rural population of around 10,000 patients from modern, purpose‑built premises in Collingham.Our well‑established multi‑disciplinary team includes:Clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians (PCN team)An in‑house dispensary pharmacyDedicated paramedic team supporting home visitsDedicated Management TeamDedicated Administrative TeamWe operate using SystmOne and AccuRx Total Triage, with 10‑minute appointments to support safe, high‑quality clinical care.
