Were hiring motivated team members to join our production line temp-to-perm basis, from Senior Operators to Line Leaders and Coordinators . These roles ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage the production line to meet output, quality, and hygiene targets. Support SOPs, food safety, HACCP, and allergen procedures. Train and guide team members (for leadership/coordinator roles). Conduct changeovers, allergen cleans, and ensure GMP-compliant work areas. Complete effective handovers to ensure continuity between shifts. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication, numeracy, and IT skills. Strong understanding of production line operations. Food safety awareness, including HACCP and CCP knowledge. Safety-conscious, team-focused, and able to meet production targets. Why Join Us?
