School Site Supervisor

Goddard Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary School Site Supervisor (Grade A3/B3) to support a school in the Wetherby area , working 37 hours per week . This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in site supervision, caretaking, facilities, or cleaning, within an education or similar environment. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 11:00am 7:00pm Friday: 11:00am 6:30pm Total: 37hours per week Key Responsibilities General site supervision and facilities support Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs Undertaking cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and secure at all times Supporting health and safety procedures Liaising with staff and contractors where required Responding to site-related issues during shift hours Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a site supervisor, caretaking, cleaning, or facilities role Ability to work independently and reliably Practical maintenance skills and awareness of health and safety Professional and approachable manner Safeguarding and DBS Requirements All applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service This role involves working in a school environment and contact with children Goddard Recruitment is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
