Job DescriptionAccount ManagerUp to 35,000 basic + uncapped commissionLogistics & Supply Chain SectorMy client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work alongside an established team of high performing Account Managers within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the management and growth of an established book of clients, ensuring targets are met and operations run efficiently. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate, and ambitious individual looking to grow within a rapidly expanding business.What the Account Manager will be doing:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and deliver service to a high standard.Identify opportunities for department expansion and service improvements.Demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial operations and market trends.Liaise with senior management, customers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.Work closely with customers and subcontractors to negotiate costs efficiently.Utilize Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft applications effectively.What the Account Manager will bring:Proven experience in freight forwarding, transport, or partner logistics would be ideal.
