An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team and work from the Worle, Weston Super Mare office. The Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant will work 9:00-18:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00-17:00 on a Friday. The role is largely in office with one or two days a week from home if desired, working from modern offices with good facilities and parking. The Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be degree educated and will need previous telesales experience The Graduate Recruitment Consultant role will start with resourcing CVs for existing roles, so searching CV databases for specific skillsets, arranging interviews, liaising with clients and managing the candidate side. The role will also involve generating new business, making calls to businesses, bringing on new requirements - so an ability to make sales is essential. The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be a bright and organised individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an excellent attention to detail.
