Job DescriptionHR AdvisorTo 35K12 Month FTC We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team at a successful manufacturing company in Westbury.Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of HR policies and providing advice, guidance and support to management and employees.We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can work well in a fast paced, busy manufacturing environment. Key Tasks:Provide expert advice HR advice to the business, advocating best practice and communicating any changes to policies and legislation Assist HR Manager with management of employee related issues; investigations, performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence managementSupport company performance review process; annual appraisals, training, succession planningSupport all recruitment processes, deliver on-boarding programs and implement retention plansBuild trusted relationships with all employees and be present across the manufacturing facility Produce reports and high-quality written documentationIdentify improvement opportunities and support high level strategic projects Requirements:CIPD qualificationMinimum years 3-4 years experience as a HR Advisor/Administrator Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislationProficient in Microsoft Office, HR databases, HR digital platformsHigh attention to detail, pragmatic and solution orientedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience of payroll advantageousAble to establish partnerships and maintain productive working relationships at all levels in an organisation On Offer:Salary 30-35KPension Er 3% / Ee 5%Holidays 20 + statsHours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pmInterested?
