This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brandsThe RoleThe Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters, including: • Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issues • Stakeholder engagement and process improvement initiatives • Supporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharingThis is a hybrid role based in West Yorkshire (minimum two days per week in office), highly commutable from Leeds and the surrounding areas as well as over the Pennines.Candidate Profile • Qualified solicitors with 1–4 years’ PQE (CILEX also considered) • Commercial Property backgroundThe company offers hybrid working, with two days per week in the office.
