Job Description Sales Development RepresentativeJoin a fast-growing SaaS business at the forefront of the cyber security industry. This is a chance to break into one of the most exciting sectors in tech, or accelerate your sales career in a company scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its people.Role Overview:Location: Yorkshire (hybrid, 23 days per week in the office)Package: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum and 55,000 OTE Industry: Cyber Security / SaaSWhat Youll Be Doing:Prospect and generate new business opportunities through phone, LinkedIn and email outreach.Engage with senior IT and information security leaders to introduce a cutting-edge software product.Book demos and trials for the sales team, mastering consultative sales and objection handling along the way.Work closely with senior SDRs and Account Executives to build a strong understanding of SaaS sales.Learn from industry experts and develop the commercial skills needed to move into a closing role.Main Skills Needed:Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, recruitment, or similar business development roles.Ambition, resilience, and strong communication skills.A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to succeed in tech sales.Graduates with confidence and commercial acumen are also encouraged to apply.No cyber or SaaS experience required full training provided.Whats in It for You:Highly supportive, fun, and collaborative culture.Excellent onboarding and sales training tailored to your experience level.Realistic first-year earnings of 35K55K OTE, with top performers earning 60K70K+.Clear career path to Account Executive and beyond (potential 70K90K OTE within 23 years).Hybrid working and relaxed dress code.Regular team socials and events to celebrate success.Think it could be a fit?
