This newly created leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for a senior pensions professional with deep experience in DC CRM.Youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the DC client engagement and retention strategy, driving client satisfaction, service innovation, and growth across a diverse and high-profile client portfolio.Day-to-day you will beManaging and mentoring a team of CRMsActing as a DC subject matter expert for both internal teams and sponsoring employers.Supporting new business pitches and managing relationships with newly onboarded DC clients.Presenting the DC proposition at client meetingsDriving service improvements in response to client feedbackIdentifying opportunities to enhance revenueCandidate must havesProven experience in DC relationship management within trust-based schemes, a DC consultancy, or a platform provider.Strong technical understanding of DC legislation, governance, and investment options.This role can be considered on a hybrid or remote-working basis.
