The business has a strong reputation for combining legal expertise with wider advisory services and continues to expand its in-house legal function.This position sits within the Private Client offering and is ideal for a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive from NQ level + looking for a more integrated, client-focused environment without the pressures of time recording.About the RoleThis role involves providing highquality legal advice on a range of complex matters, including:Wills and succession planningInheritance Tax issuesTrusts (drafting and advisory)Probate and estate administrationCollaborative work with internal advisory teams to support shared clientsYou will manage a varied caseload, meet clients to understand their needs, draft bespoke documentation, and maintain high standards of compliance and case management.
