Job DescriptionReal Estate Solicitor (14 PQE) In-House Role | West Yorkshire (Hybrid, 2 days in office)A growing, tech-enabled company is seeking to add a 1-4 PQE Property Counsel. This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brandsThe RoleThe Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters, including: Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issues Stakeholder engagement and process improvement initiatives Supporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharingThis is a hybrid role based in West Yorkshire (minimum two days per week in office), highly commutable from Leeds and the surrounding areas as well as over the Pennines. Candidate Profile Qualified solicitors with 14 years PQE (CILEX also considered) Commercial Property backgroundThe company offers hybrid working, with two days per week in the office.
