The successful candidate will lead the strategic and continuous improvement agenda across the Trust, ensuring programmes are aligned with strategic goals, priorities, and patient perspectives. Build and lead a high-performing improvement team while embedding a Trust-wide culture of quality improvement.Working at sub-board, the post holder will drive strategic transformation, and continuous improvement, through the delivery and embedding of robust programmes.This position will be pivotal in developing an infrastructure that fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the Trust.
