We pride ourselves on keeping the clients interests at the heart of everything we do, ensuring fair outcomes and upholding our duty of care for all clients.About the RoleWere looking for a proactive and detail-orientedCentral Compliance Managerto take ownership of our occupational pension transfer business, overseeing both Pension Transfer Specialists and Member Oversight Supervisors across our networks. Youll play a pivotal role in committee management, reporting, and ensuring our procedures remain current with regulatory and industry developments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage Pension Transfer Specialists and the decision-making committeeKeep procedures up to date with regulatory and industry changesCompile regulatory reports and ensure effective data managementLiaise across compliance, senior management, and member firms to handle network issuesSupport and empower Member Oversight Supervisors, managing their workflow and outputTrain, motivate, and mentor team members to foster high performanceProvide technical support across the Compliance Department and lead due diligence streams for business acquisitionsCreate and manage key communications, such as newsletters and bulletinsDeputise for the Senior Compliance Manager when requiredAbout You:Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services (or equivalent)Holds a recognised Occupational Pension Specialist qualification (e.g., G60, AF3, AF7)Strong knowledge of FCA rules and their application in occupational pensionsExperience managing, coordinating, and motivating teamsExcellent analytical, communication, and observational skillsDemonstrates integrity, diligence, and a commitment to delivering good client outcomesA confident leader, capable of acting as Committee ChairWhat We Offer:A supportive team culture focused on high standards and continuous developmentFlexible working arrangements to help you balance work and life commitmentsA vibrant, modern campus environment with a range of staff amenitiesWe're looking for the best, whoever they areWe know that diverse perspectives and an inclusive culture where all can succeed lead to better decisions and stronger outcomes for the company its clients and its employees.
