This is more than just a management role its a key position that reports directly to the board and plays a pivotal part in the success of a busy, fast-paced operation. What You'll Be Doing:Leading and mentoring the warehouse team across multiple unitsManaging all stock control, inventory, tooling, and traceabilityOverseeing global imports/exports, shipping, and freightEnsuring smooth day-to-day operations and ISO 9000 complianceDriving continuous improvement in warehouse layout and process efficiencyWorking closely with the purchasing, sales, and ops teamsBeing visible, hands-on, and proud of running a well-oiled operation What Were Looking For:Previous experience in warehouse or stores management within aerospace, aviation or engineeringStrong grip on stock systems, logistics and freight processesWorking knowledge of import/export compliance and customsExperience in ISO 9000 environmentsA team leader who is as comfortable on the floor as they are in the officeOrganised, delivery-focused and quality-driven Bonus Points if You Have:Knowledge of aircraft parts/components or MRO supply chainsExperience upgrading or implementing warehouse systems Ready to take control of a thriving aviation warehouse?
