You will work across design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain our Quality Management System.Key Responsibilities:Support QMS/BMS administration and process improvements.Assist with internal and supplier audits.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with teams to monitor and improve product/process quality.Skills & Experience:Experience in a quality engineering/assurance role (manufacturing or electro-mechanical environment preferred).Knowledge of quality processes, problem-solving, and corrective actions.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent) desirable.Why Join Us:Work on cutting-edge defence projects.Collaborative, supportive team environment.Opportunities to develop and grow your skills.
