Job Description Product Manager - 60-70K + benefits - West Sussex (hybrid 2 days per week) - B2B SaaSAn exciting opportunity for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the success of a cloudbased accounting platform. The focus is on ensuring the product delivers real value to users and supports the companys commercial goals. The position involves shaping product strategy, working closely with engineering on solution design, and engaging directly with end users to understand their needs. Key Responsibilities:Build a scalable product function by defining clear practices for discovery, prioritisation, validation, and governance.Introduce consistent frameworks and templates that improve how product work is defined, communicated, and understood across the organisation.Lead product discovery through deep customer insight, market analysis, and evidencedriven validation of new opportunities.Shape solutions collaboratively with engineering and leadership to ensure they are valuable for users, technically feasible, and commercially sound.Drive effective delivery by defining problems clearly, maintaining a healthy backlog, supporting engineering throughout development, and measuring realworld outcomes.Engage stakeholders and champion the customer by communicating plans clearly, synthesising input across teams, and using data and KPIs to guide continuous improvement.Skills and Experience3+ years of product management experience in a software company ideally B2B SaaS - fintech/accounting/payroll would be advantageousExperience with requirements definition user stories, acceptance criteria, and BDD scenariosComfortable with data use analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes Strong communication skills able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business context to engineers Customer empathyDecision-making Collaborative mindset This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office.
