Job DescriptionThe BusinessThesis Unit Trust Management Limited (Tutman) is a leading provider of specialist and independent Authorised Fund Management (AFM) services to the asset management and wealth communities, operating over 170 funds with 239 billion assets under management in regulated funds. The Tutman proposition is based upon the concept of open architecture providing independent, bespoke and flexible solutions for our clients. Our role is to build the structure and manage it efficiently and independently. In this role as coordinator and operator we take overall responsibility for the investment management and administration of the fund, but outsource the day to day functions to professional asset managers and fund administrators.The RoleThis is a brand new role and you will be responsible for TA Oversight management as well as defining and providing continuous focus on Investor service excellence across Tutman. You will provide a designated point of contact for our Tutman retail and institutional Investors and platforms to resolve all service queries and support sponsors and fund distribution. You will provide input into and co-ordinate any change requests with TAs and Distributors and will work closely with projects and wider Tutman and TA teams on any future changes or launches. This will require in depth knowledge of all aspects of TA and distributor processes and relationships to ensure that Investor queries or project requests are diverted to the correct teams for resolution. You will also champion Consumer Duty and ensure that the Investor customer journey is reviewed for continuous service improvement, internally and through TAs and distribution channels, implementing robust feedback mechanisms and reviewing service call quality and literature in line with Consumer Duty outcomes.The Person You will have direct experience of the FCA Consumer Duty Regulation, working within a Transfer Agent registrations or customer services environment within the securities industry. You will also possess an expert knowledge of the industry and be up to date with current developments and trends. As well as have solid knowledge and experience of AML and CDD, and transactional pipeline trigger management. Besides being a good manager who is able to take charge of a small team, you will have excellent skills in communication, problem solving, planning and budgeting. Ideally you will also hold the Customer Care, TA Operations or Investment Operations certificate (IOC). Knowledge of relevant regulations and customer service, as well as experience within a transfer agent or investor services center, with robust knowledge of platforms, is essential.It will be a requirement for the successful candidate to complete satisfactory reference checks (including, but not limited to, a DBS check, financial checks and employment references).
