As a leading fire and electrical compliance service provider to the public sector, our success relies upon a market-leading, engaged, and highly skilled team, for which we are always seeking skilled and self-motivated individuals to join us.Role Overview:The Client Coordinator will have responsibility for managing their own client caseload, liaising with the customer, client and engineers daily, to ensure work is being carried out in in accordance with the contract requirement.Responsibilities:Receive and respond to telephone/email queries from clients, residents, engineers & colleaguesLiaise and cooperate with the team to ensure all processes and procedures are followedMonitor and update resident satisfaction, complaint and defect KPI spreadsheetsProduce monthly customer KPI reportsOwnership of your own Client caseloadA sound understanding of the works being carried out and be able to translate this simply and effectively, when talking to internal and external customersPrepare/raise material orders as required to meet the programmeInput and maintain data on the management systemProvide feedback/comments on failures or requirementsGeneral admin related tasksSkills & experience:Proactive, self-starter with an eye for detailAble to manage own workload, work independently while adhering to strict regulations and deadlinesExceptional communication skills, confident to communicate with colleagues & clients at all levelsAbility to work in a high-pressure environment whilst ensuring self-careGood administration and I.T. skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Benefits:25 days holiday (plus the bank holidays)Extra day off for your birthday Pension contributionsHybrid workingCareer progression opportunitiesOngoing Mentoring and career / performance coachingCommitment to training and developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramFree 24/7 Virtual GP serviceBike 2 Work schemeDiscount benefits hubHealth cash back schemeSureserve is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
