Head of Sustainability Location: Midlands & North (must be able to be between) Salary: Excellent Salary (DOE) plus car or car allowance and discretionary bonus scheme About the Company: We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UKs most successful regional contractors in the building sector. This long-established business has a strong reputation for exceptional project delivery and expertise across multiple sectors, including Commercial, Logistics, Multi-Room, Life Sciences, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure. Their projects range from 10m to 100m, with offices across the UK. About the Role: We are looking for a Head of Sustainability to join the group. In this role, you will lead and manage all sustainability initiatives across regional offices, working closely with Directors to drive key measurables and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Lead the carbon reduction programme and reporting Lead all environmental governance and reporting Conduct audits and reviews across the group Deliver training to the wider team on sustainability and environmental best practices Build and develop the Sustainability Strategy Travel and collaborate between regional offices as required Requirements / Key Skills: Experience in a similar sustainability role within a Main Contractor in the Built Environment Proven track record of developing and managing a sustainability function within a main contractor What We Offer: Competitive salary (DOE) Car or car allowance Discretionary bonus scheme 5% pension Healthcare 26 days annual leave bank holidays55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
