This long established Practice brings together a wide range of expertise in surveying, valuation and property development, all under one roof. This means that they can offer their clients a complete range of services in the commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors. Produce Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner Undertake site inspections and take accurate measurements Assemble property information and review searches Review and analyse occupational leases and their impact on value Apply expert local knowledge and awareness of the local property market Experience and qualifications you will have MRICS/FRICS qualification RICS Registered Valuer status Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience Clean PI record Full UK driving licence Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Offices and HMOs55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
