Senior Insight Manager West Midlands (Hybrid 2x Days a Week in Office) 50,000-60,000 THE COMPANY This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, customer-led financial services organisation as they evolve their marketing and insight functions. Sitting within Group Marketing and reporting to the Head of Insights, this brand-new role offers ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how the business understands and acts on customer insight! THE ROLE As Senior Insight Manager, youll be the voice of the customer; driving deep, actionable insights across brand, customer experience, and proposition development. Working cross-functionally, youll help embed a stronger marketing and customer focus into a traditionally product-led business.
